This all-inclusive package of the two PALS student texts provides the PALS student with comprehensive information for the PALS Course. The PALS Course Guide (80-1412) is designed to be used for class preparation and as a workbook during the course. It includes the PALS Student CD, with precourse self-assessment, practice cases, and supplemental information to help the student prepare for the course; the PALS Precourse Preparation Checklist Card; and the PALS Pocket Reference Card (80-1414). 8 1/2" x 11", 100 pages. The PALS Provider Manual (not sold separately) contains more in-depth information on topics for pediatric resuscitation such as recognition and management of respiratory distress and failure, recognition and management of shock, and pharmacology. 8 1/2" x 11", 280 pages. This set replaces "PALS Provider Manual" (70-2200).
